  6. Found this site after many research on the internet. I really need a better diet plan for my mother who has recurrent ovarian 3C. Just to let you I’m currently looking at your blogs from S. Korea. I would love to have access to your book, since there are so limited information here.


    • Thank you for your interest. I suggest focusing on a plant-based diet–beans, nuts and seeds, a little whole grain, berries and lots of vegetables. Stick to low protein, low sugar and carbs, low fat (because ovarian cancer cells like fat).
