IQF– individually quick frozen. When it comes to freezing berries, you want to make sure you’re producing M&Ms, not berries in a blob. 

Simply lay out the berries in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Stick them in the freezer until they harden, then transfer them to an airtight container for future use.
